2009 San Diego RKC Grad Workout

  1. Grad workout in February 08 was Kenneth Jay's VO2 Max 15:15 protocol. 7-8 snatches in 15 seconds. Rest 15 seconds. We did it for 20 minutes but protocol is to get to 40. Hand killer but awesome. Women used 12k. Not sure what men used but I think it was one bell lower than snatch test weight.

  2. It chancing all the time 😉 id did 2009 in Copenhagen and we did snatch to rack squat press then 10walkings swings all over the field and then some

  3. Different? Could say that. The true evil of the Grad Workout is that actually you never know what it's going to be. (thunderous sound of maniacal laughter)
