hi this is Roger Hesco the 44 year old teenager coming to you from the Big Island of Hawaii and I will share with you my three most powerful and unusual anti-aging strategies the first one has to do with exercise but not just any exercise you need to do vigorous heart pounding exercise the problem with doing stuff like aerobics especially long-distance running like marathons and ultramarathons a lot of those guys end up looking prematurely old aging themselves instead what you want to do is something really vigorous and there are many kinds of exercises but one of them that I'll tell you suggest to you today is doing some kind of sprinting and not just little jogging sprinting up hills any chance you get run as fast as you can and what happens is if you do this properly you can release up to 500% more human growth hormone into your body which helps you to look younger looks slimmer and so on so that's anti-aging tip number one is vigorous exercise number two is eat a lot more raw fruits and vegetables what scientists have discovered through many studies and correlations of the people who ended up living the longest in these studies they usually find they found that the number one most important food for anti-aging is is dark mineral rich leafy greens the second most important food or the people who live the longest we're also eating a lot of raw fruit and what I eat is a raw food diet I've been eating it for over ten years actually for about 15 years but pretty much exclusively for over ten years now which is consists of raw fruits vegetables nuts and seeds and I found a magic elixir that made me want to eat way more in the in terms of greens okay and at first started out I figured out a way of making salads that doesn't require any dressings it's called a blended salad and that was really good I made it for years and years and you years and then I started adding different ingredients and I found a few little tricks man this is now so delicious and so we transform the blended salad a plain blended salad into something delicious and spectacular called savory veggie stews and by eating that the most people try it end up at least doubling or not if not tripling their greens intake because it just takes a taste so good a typical blended salad just you know is you blend tomatoes cucumber celery and you liquefy that then you add in some spinach or some romaine lettuce or any other greens arugula things like that but anyway that is how to get more greens in your diet and certainly eat a lot more fruit I'd recommend doing it all that way but start off where you can final strategy is a spiritual one and mainly you want to have as much joy in your life at all times as possible regardless of where you are whether you're in prison whether you're in Alaska or whether you're here in Hawaii it doesn't matter you have control of your thoughts and you want to focus on being happy you don't want to let children your children and annoy you you need to be in control of your emotions because negative thoughts actually break down and prematurely age the body so that's tip number three of my most powerful and unusual anti-aging strategies this is Roger Hesketh from the Big Island of Hawaii the 44 year old teenager saying so long and farewell

    1) Get good genetics.

    Im 26 and i look like 16. i dont do shit to look young like this.

    i smoke, i drink, i used drugs. but ilook like im 16, i eat not healthy sometimes so..

    its just about genetics

    i can also take a camera and tell a lot of crap about what you should do to look young like me, but still, its just genetics.

  9. If your health condition is bad do not do sprint, bcs if you do sprinting, u are increasing the torque of the heart, torque is bad for heart, heart dis likes this kind of torque

  11. A SUPER powerful thing I discovered last year was FASTING. I've been fasting for 5 consecutive days every month since last July. It's AMAZING. There is a very long list of benefits, but I'll hit the high notes here:

    1) Autophagy: Your body's process of recycling old and damaged cells. While your fast your body goes into overdirve for autophagy. This renews your immune system and gets rid of old cells that might otherwise turn into cancer or some form of auto-imune disease. OH! Autophagy also helps to destroy old scar tissue and rough skin like exema. I've never had exema, but I had some pretty heinous scars. Most of my scars are almost unnoticible at this point.

    2) HGH & T: While in the fasted state your body spikes growth hormone and testosterone to PROTECT your muscle mass, rejuvenate your cells, and make you stronger and faster (this was the time when our ancestors would hunt and we needed the hormonal advantage).

This is my favorite part! For the week following a fast, I feel like Captain America! Super high energy levels. If I get little cuts they heal up pretty much overnight. You just feel FANTASTIC.
