5 Minute Ab Workout to Pharrell Williams – “Marilyn Monroe” | Mandy Jiroux

Hi guys! I put together a five minute ab workout to my favorite Pharrell song off his new album. Not only will this work out your abs, it will also work your entire core and your legs. All you have to do is follow along. So let’s get started! So we’re first going to start with the basic crunch. Up Seven, eight
One more eight Up to the right Up, down Up to the left Up, down Circle to the right To the left Try to keep your shoulders off the floor as best you can Right leg up Left leg out Left leg up Right leg out Both legs up Splits To the right I’m definitely feeling the burn! Holy moly! To the left After this we’re going to bicycle for four eights And left, right And flex Stretch out for an eight,
hands behind your ears And up This is working your lower stomach And hold And again And hold Five, six, and reach Legs up In, out Legs up In, out Legs up Make sure your lower back stays on the floor And reverse it In, up Down In, up Down In, up Down In, up Down We’re going to do beats Up, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight And down, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight Flex on your way up three, four, five, six, seven, eight And down six, seven And up Down Up Down Up One more time Go up Legs up, we’re going to go in, out Out, in Out, in, out, in, out, in, out, in And left, right, left, right, left, right Keep going, we’re almost done! Legs up Hold I’m shaking! It’s ok if you are too. One more eight One, two, three, four, five, six, and up You’re done! Stretch it out Flip over Stretch out your back And your stomach And that is all! Alright, you guys, that was my five minute ab workout. I hope you enjoyed it! You’ll definitely be feeling the burn in your abs the next couple days, but that’s a good thing.     How do I keep my lower back on the floor ?
    I try my best but It just won't stay on the floor !

  9. That's a great ab workout video! I've been already doing this workout for five months and I absolutely love it!! at first i couldn't even get to the end of the video, but I didn't quit until i got it..
    my abs are tight and strong now and I love the way my stomach look.

  10. OMGGG I can finally watch it in germany again ❤️ I remember when this video came out when I was fourteen and I literallly did it everyday. At first I died but the more I did it, the easier it became. A few months later I couldn't watch it anymore because it got blocked by GEMA but I am so excited yayyy!!!!

    when I'm doing the leg raises even when I try my best,I can't keep my lower back on the floor ! Any tips ? (And Is it okay if my legs aren't straight ? tehy just don't whana go straight hah)

  16. I remember when I did this workout for the first time ugh I couldn't feel my legs and stomach afterwards, and it was soo hard but now i do this with no problem and in the end of workout im not even that tired so i can do other workouts ❣

  17. I remember when I first followed this workout and couldn’t even stay halfway.. now I do it everyday without any difficulties 😁 just to remind you not to give up and always keep trying, take your time
