Ramadan Shani from things Skin Clinic on Hajipur or today we are going to discuss about what is aging of skin we all start aging the minute we are born and the whole process is predetermined by our genetics by the external environment and by the food we eat but when you are around early twenties early thirties is when you start noticing development of open pores join us of skin that's the time you know that you need to do something to prevent further damage and further aging of your skin so let's discuss today what we can do to stop a whole this process or at least it delayed for the next few years the first thing important thing that you need to do is stop smoking if you want because if the nicotine which is present in the smoke it's extremely harmful to your skin not just your body and your lungs but also to your skin and aging processes a decade earlier than for nonsmoker the second thing is the use of a sunscreen in our country we still need to develop and get into this habit of using a sunscreen at least half an hour before you step out in the Sun and repeat it every two to three hours if possible it prevents the toxic radicals being produced in the body it protects you from UV damage and subsequently also protects us from skin cancer the third important thing is sleep I you know we all know that one needs to sleep six to seven hours a day and you know regularly but very very easy stick to that routine for various reasons but during the sleep time is when the human growth hormone is our body which helps repair as well as renew and nourish our skin cells as well as the other body cells so when you you would notice yourself that when you haven't had a good night's sleep or it's an erratic sleep pattern you tend to look a little more dull and notice lines and wrinkles developing much faster so sleep is a very important and essential factor to prevent and hold aging process the third thing is that you need to clean and properly take care of your skin what I mean by this is don't overdo it you know at times we just wash our face with water and walk off that's wrong and it times the over clean and cleanse our face and use so much time that would actually dehydrates our skin so pick up the right product basis your skin type clean and wash your face twice a day exfoliate your face at least once a week it's important to exfoliate in scrub because that removes the cells the debris be extra and you know things that are stuck to the falls and that are clogging the pores that's one and second it also acts as skin removal system so exfoliation again is an important thing it is once a week during your skin care routine and it's her important thing I'm sorry the fourth important thing is drink lots of water a dehydrated skin is going to look dry dull and it's going to develop lines and wrinkles much earlier than a good and well hydrated skin so here's to developing and getting the best skin and looking young forever

So I’m screwed and going to age rapidly
Severe stress due to no answers health stuff
10 years sleep deprived randomly 2 hours I sleep max
Dull lifeless dry rosacea dark bags
And no clue what to wash moisturize with

I don’t smoke drink drugs
And never go outside so guess that’s only thing I got on my side
