That is the whole beauty of YouTube…you can actually video some activity (like hand exercises) and show it; as opposed to still photos of hands presumably in the beginning positions of the exercises. 2. Hire a narrator dot Or narrate it yourself dot Just about any human voice reading a script would be better than an artificial robot voice dot VERY MINIMAL creative effort went into this video.   5. I`m at amazement with this arthritis treatment method “Rοngοdο Ruzο” (Google it). I`m old and have had several injuries during my lifetime resulting in a body of arthritis – neck (car accident), middle back (slip & fall), lower back (fall into well). My feet and hands have never felts better since I had this problem. I`ve advised it to my family and buddies any time I listen to somebody complain of aches and pains.

  9. Excellent video. The only thing is that is unclear on how you perform some exercises. For example table bend. If you improve this I would give a perfect score to the video.
