  1. Do you think the shoes are a factor in here? Seems like the running/pulling with wieghts could be much easier if shoes had more grip.

  2. I go for this in 4 days. The things I’m most worried about is the sandbag lift and the sandbag drag. I’m 5’9 and 135 pounds. Will it be difficult for me or should I be able to do it?

  3. All sexism aside, I did this as a woman, and I failed! Its way harder than I thought. I weight about 120 pounds so it killed me. I don't know how to lift 30 pounds though. Anyone have training tips?
