  1. I bought this audiobook after this interview. I love how she calls it “fretting” and she turned my negative beliefs about my panic anxiety disorder into something beautiful. I don’t know if it will help someone without therapy, but this book has helped me be able to “sit” in my anxiety. Thank you!,,,,,,
