  1. I've been practicing for a while now and this was the first time i did half moon properly…okay i fell. But i did it right just before that. And this was also the first time i really felt the difference in energy when i breathe in vs out. It was like my whole body lit up on the inhale and dimmed slightly on the exhale. Thank you Tim for such a relate-able practice! <3

  2. First off I wold like to thank you so much for the awesome videos ๐Ÿ™‚ I am very wobbly and shaky all the time. I keep tipping over,especially during half moon- I can barely hold it. Should I repeat certain days or should I continue in order and it'll come eventually?

  6. I'm really enjoying your videos, its very calm and you do so well explaining the poses in a calm way, first time doing the workout . I feel so good after doing this first thing in the morning. I don't feel as stiff and strained as much

  7. I love it, very good introduction for us newbees. I feel amazing after yoga and go right into my meditation. its hard for me to sit crosslegged , I never could. is there any stretches besides what were currently doing that could help with this.

  11. Today it is was more difficult for me to focus, I wanted just to turn off the video and lay in bed. But I finished the workout. My body feels great.

  13. When going through the half moon poses, I felt some lower back muscles engaging when trying to keep my body horizontal. These muscles began to feel a small amount of pain when we went into the seated twists later. Is this normal?

  18. Oeh, today was brutal. Doing right after fencing practise was not the smartest idea ever. Imagine 1,5 hours of fiercefully jumping in warrior 2, reverse and repeat. My leg muscles will be so sore tomorrow

  22. I loved this doing it again tommorow and day six. Ive been very nauseous, energy depleted and through emotional stress and it washed away. I can handle my slightly upset stomach it's subsided a bit as well
