Hi I’m Brian Nunez SPRI Master Instructor Here at the SPRI Performance Center adding a bent over row to your routine using the SPRI Braided Xertube is the perfect way to build strength in your
upper back start off by placing both feet on top of the
resistance cord shoulder width apart next, bend your knees, push your hips back
while keeping your back straight keep your palms facing each other driving
your elbows all the way back and return to start the benefits of this exercise are increasing
the strength in your arms, back and shoulders while also increasing stabilization with your
core Remember… stand feet shoulder width apart bend your knees and push your hips back keeping your back straight and pulling our
elbows back balance out your upper body strength and core
stability with the bent over row
