“uncomfortable” position. More precisely, unusual, because it will perceive

Walking in pitch darkness for a short time will help activate additional features that
we talked about earlier! We recommend combining the exercise with walks
in the alley or park. So you also saturate the body with oxygen,
which will achieve the desired result even faster. But this is far from all, because an additional

This is one of the oldest practices that have been applied in Tibet. It is based on the relaxation of the visual
organs through imagining a completely black space around us. In this state, the eyes will be able to relax,
and it is precisely excessive tension that is the main cause of the drop in visual acuity! Here’s how to do it: 7
1. Allow yourself a little time, for a start,
15 minutes will be enough. During this period, you should not be distracted
at all, this is the main rule that will provide maximum results. 2. Sit back, relax. 3. Imagine in your mind a completely black room,
for this you should close your eyes. We advise you to look at the subject or sheet
of paper of this color for some time. 3. Take a break from everything and plunge into
the darkness. 8
If at first it will be difficult, try practicing the exercise in the evening, with the curtains
closed and the light sources turned off. Subsequently, you won’t need it! This way you relax your mind, which means

on a computer (its exact name is “Tibetan eye chart”, just look for it in any search

For this practice you will need: The starting position is sitting with a straight
back. Place the chart at eye level at a distance
of 30 cm and proceed to the exercise: 1. Warm up. Fold your palms in the shape of a boat, cover
both eyes, cross your fingers on the nose bridge. Sit in this position with your eyes closed
in complete silence until the various colors disappear and you see complete darkness. Next – slowly open the eyes, blink and remove
your hands. 11
2. Start the rotational movement of the eyes
first clockwise for thirty seconds, focusing on the dots (they are arranged in a circle
in the Tibetan chart). After – change direction. 3. The next step. Start moving your eyes along the diagonal
line of the chart, which corresponds to the numbers 2 and 8 on the clock for thirty seconds,
and then – on the other diagonal (between the numbers 4 and 10). 4. At the end, start blinking at the fastest
pace for about 15-30 seconds. 5. After that, repeat the warm-up described at
the beginning of this complex. 12
You can practice this gymnastics as often as you want. The main thing is to monitor eye fatigue – this
