My legs look just like that but a bit smaller like probably 3 inches but then again I work in the oil fields hard but great pay just loading empty and full barrels on to a truck

If thats how you build muscle how to you remove muscle if you have too much muscle? People say go on tip toes and down, up down etc. And standing up going to squat, stand up etc. Someone any ideas?
